We Serve Individuals Who Are:

  • Veterans in need of supportive independent living guidance

  • Individuals experiencing or transitioning out of homelessness

  • Individuals returning home from prison or jail seeking stability and structure

  • Survivors of domestic violence transitioning from shelters

  • Adults with disabilities who are able to live independently

  • Working individuals who need additional support and life skills guidance

  • Individuals living on a fixed income who benefit from structure and resources

  • Individuals transitioning out of rehab
